Website visitors
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and may produce anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics.
When you contact me
If you email me, I use your name, email address and anything you choose to share to reply and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal. I keep this correspondence for as long as it is useful for our business relationship, and delete it on request.
Business outreach
I may contact businesses by email using professional contact details that are publicly available, when I have a reasonable belief that my service is relevant to them. Every such email identifies me and explains how to opt out. If you reply asking not to be contacted, I will not contact you again.
Customers of the brands I support
When a brand hires me, I access their customers' data (names, contact details, orders, messages) only inside the brand's own tools, only to answer support requests, and only on the brand's instructions. The brand remains responsible for that data. I do not copy it into my own systems, sell it or use it for any other purpose, and my access is removed when the engagement ends.

You can ask me to access, correct or delete personal data I hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected].
